transporting tonners to tekong

  i had my bmt in 6sir and went to tekong for field camp.... how they transport the tonners to tekong?

  at tekong there is a lot of camps there..but the one that is near the ferry terminal supplies the tonners...hope that answers your question...

  The tekong bmt guys would know this ship's name by heart - SAKRA Transporter.

  via commercial RPL...everyday I think 2-3 trips, to transport civilian vehicle sending food also....plus SAF 5-ton and vehicles coming in/out for training.
  
  There's also Navy RPL and crafts that can do it, but its rarely used, unless for Ops or special training.

  Last time use RPLs, as I recall. Some more dock directly on both beaches too, cuz haven't built jetty yet. If you've ever been to Brunei, the SAF would transport the heavyduty stuff like this from their capital to Temburong too.

  the sea leading to tekong is actually just a camofludge for our gundam manufacturing and docking plant

  I remember sitting on that sakra transporter in a tonner. It takes such a long time to reach Changi compared to the penguins!
