21 days of MC only?

  i heard can only MC status for 21 days, real or bluff de? i already 20 days liao...if more than 21 how ah? i PTP phase tio 20 days MC status.

  if you torn your ligament, you will be on MC for a long time..........

  try not to take too many MC then. maybe u got to force to take leave..
  
  then your performance will not be good. you may risk being sacked by SAF. then u will lose your job.. better not lar.. work hard so that you can stay in SAF longer

  You mean MC for NSF is 21 days per year? I am a regular thus I have 30 days MC per year and 60 days hospitalization leave per year.

  MC for NSF is unlimited.

  correct... its in either in a directive or GOM, NSF has no limit for MC, so if need to go for op, do it during NSF.
  
  Anyway see doctor free mah... so far 21days, then med appt off and go loh... usually if u let people know eariler no problem one loh.

  Yes MC is only 21 days max !!!
  
  If you smard or doctor smart for some case which need prolong rest - the hospital should give you hospitalisation leave instead .
  
  That is what a old bird doctor in hospital did for me. He give me hospitalisation leave - thus leave my MC alone for future usage.
