If you know the barber, the 2nd haircut can be "negotiated".
I managed to keep a Marine cut instead of the regulation shave, then let it grow ..
Anyway, some of us didn't spend all our time there in Tekong, as we had urgent stuff to attend to back in our own camps. -

i think confinement is case by case basis. my fren got back problem and he bought a special mattress from overseas. everyday book out after dinner during his recourse.
same guy again, he nv cut hair also. he complain all the way to co sch 1. cuz he got balding problem and he visit those hair centres. he produce receipts everything, win the case. only 1 during recourse with long hair.
as laserlord mentioned, u know the barber, can negotiate. for me, last haircut during tekong, i negotiate with the barber also. cut 4 by 2. lol. -
Pes C9L2 recourse, cut botak. Most of your lectures cut short. Basically is wake up 5BX, breakfast then area cleaning. If you are supposed to attend lecture, go there 5 min then ho sei liao cause you go b4 and they will "speed reading". You may spend most of the morning playing monopoly or sleeping.
After lunch, same thing if got lecture. If u sian untill cannot sian, jio your sgt bring a group of you all go sun tan. Those who cannot swim still must go for lessons. If can swim liao just tag along and sun tan or swim ard...
The rest still must do. But i did range b4 so sleeping/monopoly.

Basically Pes C recourse is the best thing that can happen to u in NS. -
pes c got 5bx meh? i thought ur platoon mates all diff problems and injuries one?

Go there for the fun of it sure do one lah..air so fresh..do some exercise oso feel more healthy...in our bunk..sometimes we challenge each other push-up and we go running oso..its different from enlistment time..pes c recourse...you'll feel motivated and that is the time when u truly experience the beauty of tekong. -
