PES F do not serve NS at all so for what i know they don't get the bonus pay that guys from PES A-E get for completing NS.
What sort of welfare are you talking about? If its anything that guys only get because they serve NS then PES F shouldn't get them. If its any other general welfare i don't think its PES related. -

Why don't you think about how to fare well, then you don't need welfare?
Why Pes F cannot work? Pes F means you are not suitable for military service that's all....due to whatever reason or illness.
Illness cannot work meh? Dependent on individual illness la...
But pes F got nothing to do with whether you should get welfare what....u're just trying to find a lame excuse to get money.
