  foreign "goodwill/diplomatic" medals or honours...
  
  supposedly on the right breast pocket but the aguilette have to supercede the position so its on the left..
  
  these foreign medals/honours normally given to Div Comm or Service Chiefs after a Formilex..

  yup he's got the commendation medal, 3 service medals, 1 overseas medal and one UN medal. Quite a fair bit for any officer I must say.
  
  He's got the local master/snr airborne, the thai wing and the indonesian wing.
  
  Is he Commander OCS or sumthing?
  
  Btw the CDF uniform looks so 'full' haha... quite unlike his predecessor

  normally if any officer stands beside a commando officer, you can feel more awe and respect for the CDO officer
  
  But in this pix, I think the CDF can hold his own...in fact i think he looks more suave than Commander OCS. Must be the sword...

  It depends on how you wear the number one
  
  The epaulette is a hard and long board, it's rather stiff so it'll tend to droop down.
