In a fantasy world...which would you choose?

Let's say the world suddenly becomes a super wonderful place and you get to choose from these options...
1.) Get to stay in your current camp, vocation, lifestyle...basically your current NSF life except that your pay is what you deserve or slightly more. IE. if you're a diploma holder, you get paid what you would get if you found a job outside PLUS more if you do weekend duties, overtime etc.
2.) You stay in your current vocation, camp, dept and draw the NSF allowance as it is now. But there's alot of welfare. For eg. long tea breaks, offs can be earned easily, hardly any OT (if applicable) and FIVE DAY WEEK all the time. No weekend duties...
3.) You get to choose your vocation, and camp (if applicable). EG. you can choose to be an infantry officer and choose to go to 9DIV HQ at Selarang. But cannot choose to be a Guards Specialist and go to MINDEF at Gombak base since Guards is at Bedok. Everything else is the same...got weekend duties, lifestyle is still low class NSF life, pay is low.
4.) You serve only 11mths NSF (half the current NSF liability with fitness cut), but life absolutely sucks to the core. All MUST stay in, even clerks. Can only book out once per month or sometimes can't even book out. Only 7 days leave given. No offs AT ALL even if public holiday burnt etc... -

Can i take option 5 which is no NS, no reservist, no IPPT no everything :p In that 2 years i can work on my degree and start working earlier instead of earning that pathetic allowance :p

Anyway, if a proper choice must be made i must go with 1...
2 - pointless to me cause if i don't work OT to finish my work, it just piles since noone is going to clear it for me so sooner or later i still must work extra and with that the more offs i get the more work i have waiting.
3 - Theres no vocation in army that i am interested in and its no point letting people choose as you do not need an officer/spec who totally cannot make it as 1 if not life would be even more unbearable.
4 - Few people will want to compressed 2 yrs of torture into 11 months and make it even worse than it already is. -

Haha...if I could choose vocation I'd choose Pioneer magazine writer/photographer (assuming there's NSF positions)...if not I'll choose some relaxed clerk position at some good office with nice ppl/environment at Depot Rd Camp.
And welfare/5 day week is assuming your work doesn't pile up. Welfare includes your unit providing enough manpower so no one gets overworked.

I prefer doing something meaningful or more worth my time than just slacking for that 2 years.
5 day work week assuming work doesn't pile up is rather impractical unless you had alot of people working on the same thing or the workload is small in the first place which is rarely the case for my side. For my stuff i rather i do alone, i truly understand the term too many cooks spoil the broth since i've had people taking over my work while i was away and they created more problems for me to solve than they mananged to help. -

I believe that if you're a combatant, you're not wasting your 2 yrs if you're posted to an interesting vocation...maybe something that interests you. Perhaps something like Medic if one is interested in medicine or scout/recce trooper if one likes riding dirtbikes...
As for service vocations like clerk, I feel that you should aim to get the slackest army life possible, since what you do in the office is probably not enriching or fulfilling at all. Hence to make full use of the 2 yrs, use the time you have outside the office to learn driving, give tuition etc. -
