Is that the only way? Or we the Medical Board want suka suka see u de? Or will there be chance for u to get upgraded when u go for ur ORD Medical Checkup? Assuming u dun tell them aniting, whether ur condition improve or not.
You are unlikely to be upgraded unless you requested for 1 yourself. ORD medical is just a basic medical checkup and will not really go indept to check your medical history so theres little chance it can ever change your PES status.
