I think depends on which company.. In warrant companies, the recruits tend to get more welfare.. Some companies last time got this sadistic sergeant treat the recruits like dogs.. But what Ayukat said is true to a certain extent.. I was in NCC Land and when I entered NS, it was like a joke to me.. The standard can suck my candy balls.. Our drills are even much better than the sergeants that took charge of us.. Heck some of them can't even pronounce the commands properly..
In NCC, all of us wants to do the shiet because we want to, that's why we joined hence the training is not a joke.. The drills must really sui sui one.. In NS, every father mother son aso must go thru so the standard cannot be so high because later some guniangs complain here complain there.. Welfare so much.. My time, NCC 5bx PT = 3 sets of of 50.. NS wont go above 30 at one go.. Some even at most 20.. -
