can i go overseas 1 month before enlisting?

  i'm enlisting on jan 25th next year... do i need to apply for an exit permit or do any special procedures if i intend to go overseas for a one-week holiday in december?? or can i just fly off?

  I don't think an exit permit is required.
  
  1) He still holding pink ic
  
  2) If i never remember wrong, directive has changed that as long as you not going overseas more than 6 months, exit permit is not required since the last time i went overseas holiday during NSF time also didn't need exit permit.

  "Please be informed that an Exit Permit is not required, as your overseas trip is less than 3 months.
  
  However, this does not absolve you from your National Service obligations."

  ok so its 3 not 6, never plan to travel that long before anyway.

  ic. Jan intake normally JC batch. If you are taking ur A's and still have any papers left then good luck for them... Don't flunk them like i flunk my maths today...

  yea still taking. still have 2 more mcq papers and one essay paper plus one annoying paper all the way at the end on the 27th

  hmm, i got 5 papers left, maths aiming for B since i cockup, physics just pass, the rest hopefully something B+ and above but better to say after i see that paper and i end on 29th.
