  Hi i will be going overseas next friday for 1 week and my enlistment is on 14 dec. do i haf to apply for exit permit?? what about overseas verification??

  No, exit permit not required for less than 3 months. As long as you get back in time for NS its ok. Wasn't this topic just asked by someone else yesterday?

  Nope, you do not need to provide anything since its just a short term trip and you aren't even enlisted yet. Just enjoy your holiday and come back ready to start serving the nation.

  How about next time he ask the question we just say he cannot go overseas. Since he so worried, go holiday also cannot enjoy, might as well just stay in sg wait for enlistment :p
