  Not recourse. Just your PTP stage only.

  You will still ORD
  
  The only time your ORD date can be extended will be when you are serving your days in DB
  
  Other than that, they cannot extend your ORD. If you fail your IPPT, you will find RT letter coming to your home sooner than expected

  there is no such thing as fail or never attempt ippt in saf till MR...lol

  ORD surely can, if they don't ORD you for that reason, you can speak to the MP liao. Think they'll have to pay you Regular pay

  Reservist RT is no joke. The training itself is not as siong like before, but it nonetheless requires a huge commitment of your civilian time (inc. weekends). If you live far away from the FCCs, the to-&-fro commuting can be quite grinding & depressing. If you work shift duties, it's also pai-seh to ask your boss or colleagues to cover for your absence.
