  Is it true for specialist who signed on n managed to get their degree are able to be promoted to MWO or SWO faster than diploma or A level holders?
  
  I understand MWO Parthiban has a bachelor degree in business administration.

  Army provides you alot of exposure too, i makes alot of coperate world friends too. Personally, there is alot of naive people still inside the forces that thinks that Army will feed them for life which is not true. You need to earn it, you need to sacrifice time, friends, and even your loved ones.
  
  I will be leaving the forces next year when i get my degree next year, if your bf is considering getting a degree but only had a specialist post, then better dont sign on.

  see see see.. even regular will also leave the force to be ex-regular. all be cos of the degree and most importantly... the 6 years "lock you in" contract.

  hi, i do understand that many people does have a negative thinking on signing on.
  
  Firstly, when i signed on, it was because it provide my education for my poly.
  
  Now i serve what i was deemed for and i wanted new challenges and thats y i want to leave.

  You must be kidding. Not even all the SAFOS scholars get to go to advanced management programme overseas. A farmer who only made COL can forget abt it.
