wat's wrong being enthu? im pes c too! we are born like that ok! just bcuz u had a bad experience and bad attitude doesnt mean everyone shld be like u. i bet all of us had bad experiences too in the army but we suck it up and get on with life. if u not happy, u can jus leave this forum.

Manage them in my work context. I never say i was good at managing people. I manage my work and shoot lots of arrows at people or give arrows for people to shoot at each other. I doubt it. He'll be on the logistics side whining day in day out about wanting to be in the combat side, which he is totally unsuited for. If it can generate his interest and make him see the importance of his work to the functioning of the army which he loves so much, there might be hope... Nah i don't need a coffee boy in the office even if somethings i do need people to do some errands but i prefer to make the transport sect comms do the walking or driving as they sometimes like to do. That's another if. This garang type spends his time trying to prove something, only he hasn't any clue what he's trying to prove or who he's trying to prove it to. Actually if i was still in unit, i would like to take the challenge. The worse he can do is just make the VOR vehicle stay VOR longer and he'll OT for that. If VOR vehicles aren't processed, shit still flows downhill.

How often do you see VOR status low and servicibility rate high? I think besides LRI, there was never once i saw that due to lack of techinicians, high usage of vehicles and lack of maintainace n care by the drivers.Originally posted by LazerLordz:

Theres still hope to change a living person but theres little hope to change my already over exams which are not going to look good... Its expected and required to get rid of VOR yes but you know how great the conditions of our LRs are, sometimes they prefer to rest in the workshop longer than they prefer to be on the roads. I only faced VOR issues with the 7-tonners. Anyway, I was only in charge of LMIS monitoring, as I'm not an auto tech spec. -
