Alternation of army uniform

wa pengz..my sis.....i dunno how the fk she get the no.3 uniform with some weird weird tag..she go alter the skirt and wear go out with bf (serfing 2nd year ns).....if tio charge sure die until jialat..somemore she walk like those ah lian
i am very worried leh..non army ppl can wear the uniform????i really dun think she look like army regular AT ALL -
