  No, the fact that they still get 3SG and not the Tech Specs.. is idiotic.
  
  There's no difference at all in estab. Tech Specs have to perform/certify weapon systems at depot level, which is equivalent to brigade level work...

  and to all who want to be a COPA, it is not that good ah........... i being a COPA before, just that, your RSM will think twice before, even give you any extra at all..
  
  the only privilege you have is, whatever you request for, will come instance but if you make a mistake, what happens next is going to be........
