  hi,
  
  i would like to know, after the training period in eti, do we have a chance to go back to tekong or to other training school? or we have to stuck inside nee soon camp for the rest of our ns life?
  
  by the way, after the training period and we obtain our 3sgt rank, what will we become? example: become support personnel in other camps?

  u become an Engineer...
  there's slots in tekong for the bomb squad or something like dat...
  
  seletar camp for bridging n CBRE, Selarang, Jurong n ngee soon camp...
  the rest i duno alr...

  Life as a engineering pioneer in 30SCE sux. This I agreed.

  I think u should read on the SISPEC FAQ page ...
  
  After ur stint at ETI, u might get posted to HQ SCE (admin spec or SIL spec, or watever PA or runner), ETI (instructor), the various SCE bns, SIRs (If u r field engineer trained), SAR or SAB (if u are armoured engineer trained) ...
  
  As for those BLB etc trained ... i think u will probably stay at Nee Soon (anyone can confirm?). But i still think Nee Soon Camp is one of the best camp around, night outs got quite a few places ...

  i know inf 3sgt have to lead man to chiong suah. but not sure whether eng 3sgt need anot ma. i tot is go there train to be engineer, den after that go to other unit and be technician.

  Depends on what you specialize in during the course. Thereafter, odds are you'll be operationally deployed, so get ready to apply what you've been trained for (both vocationally & as an NCO).
  
  Frankly, I'll rather that than be posted the same route later on in active time or reservist, trying to keep up with unit life & ducking the old-bird peng's contempt.
