  - 20 years old, joined the Navy in Oct
  - Fever did not subside aft returning home from a 8 day exercise, dies 12 days after
  - Fever hit 39.5 deg C, by then he was in unconscious condition and hospitalised
  - Dies 6 days aft hospitalisation, on 18/12

  If the mo were to send him for test, he wld not need to rip.
  Few yrs ago, i got acute bacterial meningits after my mstd & when we still got to serve batch confinements back at mids wing.
  My dad come down & sent me to sgh despite the mo's negligent which he told me that i was just having high fever for more than 3 days.
  I spent 2mths in isolation rm before i was allowed to return home.
  It was a mircle i wld say as the doctors told my family that i have at Most 3mths of life...

  once u r qualify for ocs as an nsf, u r eligible to take up the officer 3 years scheme. contract validity start date is upon commissioned.
