SAF's like this. They'll take your ideas and you won't find any recognition for it, for most of the middle management couldn't care less.
I guess i should at least feel happy my OC still remember that i submitted that idea before just that he didn't remember it was thrown out at the period. Yesterday many of us ORD personnel made him realised that even those of us who might have left for close to half a yr, we still remember our work very well by still able to highlight problems that were around during the time we left. -

describe to him ? Severe inferior complex with anxiety and depressive mood .
the more difficult the task , the more inferior I get .
then I get socially timid during BMT . Although it may sound silly , I have been timid when it comes to do things and socialisation since young .
I think need quite long to change me .
BMT i tio outcast .
even get down tonner i also scared . ppl gt to hold my hand then i go down .
even seven weeks of bmt never change me . I still dunno how to march coreectly , i march stiffly like a zoombie .
i think my personality affecting me in NS .
mop floor i gt to ask also . am i doing it correctly .
even that time i consider OOC , i also have to ask them if I should .
given a task , i would worry abt nt being able to do it .
OO told me this month I have an appointment with him .
and during BMT i took medicine for anxiety . I shown to MO in tekong and they wrote down and i think it's in paces record .
I also cannot shout , I think i should get excuse shouting .
i also gt referred to PMB .
consuleling also gt difficulty , a short while and many things to say , I really dunno what to say .
I think my thinking pattern , personality traits all hard to change . And during periods of stress , they will reccur .
if i never remember wrongly , i have anxious personality according to the doc .
will I get a perm grade in my case ?
I will accept any grade that is given to me . -

Don't worry so much about your job yet. You don't know what store you will get and it might not be so bad that you can't work properly even with sinus.
If you really got problems, go unit speak to your PC/OC or the paracounsellors and they will try to help you.
Unit life is very different from BMT, most people in units are normally have a closer relationship. Just see how things turn out when you report next week, its too early to say and for all you know, you might actually enjoy your vocation and unit after some time.
