Sign On: Worth It? Wise? Outside No Good Job Prospect? How?

  as above ? i have been post to unit and i applied to sign on with air force . Air-force personals said it is hard as i past the recruitment window during BMT
  However i was not reject and they said they will contact me next week .
  
  so any chance for me ?
  anyone wants to share their experence they had before ??

  if past recruitment period might be a bit tough. cos your current unit might not want to release u depending on your vocation and superiors.
  
  (truth is they don't want to do all the paperwork)

  if you're already in SAF
  u dun have to redo BMT
  
  if you're with any other service like SCDF or SPF, then u will have to go through BMT.

  well.. if he is senior tech..
  and he post to those aircraft type like last time LL and UH. which get phase out / commerialised..
  
  he got to re -qualified for a new air craft type like. example CH, AH, SP....
  
  so is like wasting his year in LL. UH

  make sure have supplies
  makes sure the bench stock don't run dry
  fill up lots of paperwork
