fear of sungei gedong camp

seriously , call me a sissy if u wish .
the sungei gedong camp really scary .
I still gt to book out for consuelling and sometimes medical appointment .
it's really scary !!!
mental stress .
i took 975 there , i gt a fear .
alone there waiting for bus plus dunno gt dog or not .
i rather go to a normal camp like keat hong .
maybe i reflect this to my consuellor ?
or everytime i take cab go cmpb or other place .
this is really scary for timid boy like me . -

i have been timid since young .
i get scared and anxious at the trivial things .
7 weeks of modified bmt never change me .
I gt extreme fear of dogs .
imagine 3 dogs there barking at me , i would get panick attack .
immediate ROD , die at the camp . -
i dun mind normal camp .
kheat hong camp OK .
at least bustop then can le .
sungei gedong is like crap .
even they give me a simple stay in storeman job but if i get scared going in , no point . -

I lastime socially timid until cant buy food .
everytime at foodcourt i sit there where my mum go and buy food for me .
now at least i made frenz in bmt . lastime i never talk to ppl although now i still feel anxious talking to ppl .
my self esteem also increase after bmt , i feel less inferior .
even my PS also think i cant finish field camp . they r scared of me they assign someone to look after me .
seriously , my 4 day field camp , day 1 i very scared .
day 4 ok .
at least my frenz encourage me . I cry at the campsite also .
now alone walking in the forestry terrain .
I think quite mentally taxing not say i cant overcome .

I scared to pee in urinator .
I scared of toilet bowl is true but bmt my frenz made me wash that place now less fear .
i fear bird shit but i manage to wipe them off .
thats what bmt helped me .

dogs are the worst
all the fears i overcome in tekong
1) fear of toilet bowl
2) fear of sergents
3) fear of field campsite
4)fear of route march ( i marched 6 km only )
5) fear of ferry . ( first day vommit )
the list goes on ......
