is it ok to tuck joky cap into shoulder epaulette of no. 4 ?

  for beret we can tuck into the shoulder epaulette...
  
  then for jockey cap normally is put in no.4 trousers pocket. but is it ok to tuck it on the shoulder epaulette just like a beret?
  
  or is it against the official dress code? have u seen people doing this before?
