  just now at about 2pm, mindef called me i have been mobilised. but my unit's mobilisation is next week. anyone know what is happening? i called my ops room, s3, they said they will check but haven't given me a reply

  MINDEF who ? Did you get the name of the person and his return phone number ? It is important to check, just in case your friend decided to activate you.
  
  Even when you are ops manning, you don't report back immediately when you receive a call ........ authenticate !!!
