In retrospect, i doubt he would learn from the 7 days in DB. Had he have the brains, he would have deferred to the authority of the MWO who would have played the mediator in the case. Whatever right he had would serve to be futile because he shrugged of the MWO.

i m not siding marcus ng but on the other hand what i say is true. some of the regulars mostly specs n WO tend to bully NSF act fierce minor mistake confinement etc. then when nsf speaks up to share their views the specs n WO get taken aback say insubordination. they think all nsf like weak keep quiet expect the nsf to obey them like dog do all their work they go drink coffee. english also cant speak properly like my encik. yet want to act educated use profound terms when talking to impress. i want to laugh in the end the nsf all laugh at them.

in any case, there are times to be assertive and to speak up for your rights, and there are times to learn to suck it up ..... these are skills you have to learn ... i may not have seen the whole of saf, but i feel most superiors wouldn't anyhow charge someone without a strong valid reason. -
