  is it true that usually the ones who perform poorly in BSLC are the ones being posted to ASLC and subsequently to tekong as 3sgt?

  no.from wad i heard is the top n bottom will go aslc.the top is because they can make it so go for tougher course the bottom is because they wan to tekan them but i tink its bullsh!t

  not really...
  
  but those who re-course sispec has very high chance of going to become instructors. reason is because they will ord earlier than their peers in sispec and usually not not enough time for them to see thru a mono-intake in combat units
  
  not very sure about bmtc instructors but you need to perform well before being selected as sispec instructors

  most scouts or recee troopers go to unit for an induction program right after BSLC and not ASLC. this is true for all infantry, guards and armour Bn.
  
  Most ALSC grads do not attend PS Cse immediately. They will linger in unit for a while.
  
  ASLC grads can also post to... FDS, NCC
  
  I think SISPEC instructors are normally regulars, but yes, they still go there direct from ASLC.

  in 2005.....all specs who sign on as an infantry spec do first stint as instructor in sispec...1 2 years thing...after that then go unit
