i can't take the mental stress there.. it's so strict.. i have no friends.. i have no interest towards the course.. i find everything so unnecessary and stupid.. im very depressed...

hmm. yeah, i agree that the instructors can be monsters, and the trainees are wild.
lucky for the ERS course, life is better, cuz everyone's educated and more mature.
so can get along.

u're lucky there's this v fierce instructor, he posted out.
he's very strict, and scary.
i remember last time he helped do instructing for the SRB course.
his first greeting to the trainees were
Encik S: "Do you want me to treat you like gentlemen, trainees, recruits, little children... OR ANIMALS?"
Trainees: "ANIMALS!!!!"
Encik S: "Very good.." -
if its any consolation, i know many in the SAF who would kill to be posted to SCDF instead.
