Regarding Recourse

  i've been told by my friend frm my unit tht we'll be going to recourse ard 2 mths later.. still have ard 14 mths b4 i ord.. now im a driver..
  
  question here.. i thought recourse will only come when u gonna ord or am i wrong ? is it true only PES C are eligible to go for FFI while pes A & B can't. .
  
  i went for life range / field camp / ippt (failed) .. nv go for road march.. recourse do the whole thing over again ? (mono-intake)
