  Nice training

  Got lots of interval training and circuit training

  Done mine at khatib

  i dunno if you have attended RT. but if you have, how do these two compare in terms of duration and siongness. The crowd is it huge?

  IPT is more serious than RT in term of duration and exercise intensity

  I went for IPT because of time savings since I have no hopes of passing

  IPT is 4 weeks, RT both phases is 8 weeks
