  coz u forgot to turn off to silent mode or just cant be bothered.

  then it rang coz got call or incoming message.

  so then got kenna caught the RSM or CSM?? how many extra duties did u get? and did u also tried to bargain or explain... ie. say ur hp got problem...u turn to silent mode but it still rang...
