hi, i have been in depression since i am in bslc but try to tahan thru and now i have been posted to aslc, i feeling more depressed as ever, everyday cannot slp well and keep crying in bed and sometimes gt the thinking of hurting myself in order to ooc from here..in bslc i have been in this kind of mood but did not inform any commander.. i feel like goin to c mo but scared wait they think i chao keng or something.. can pls give mi some advice??
find out wads bothering u so much..ie the training, mental stress etc.
u can try confiding in ur platoon mates or even ur platoon sergeant. dun be afraid to tell them hw u feel.
tell urself too..its jus another course..once u got thru it, u'll be a full-fledged sergeant.
think positive thoughts.
ya i got tell my frenz about this.. All tell mi the same things, just tahan thru.. But i doubtfully think i can pass thru this course.. Everytime i am inside i really feel very depress.. i could not dun think of all the outfield, goin to thailand for tht three weeks.. Once i started thinking, tears will come.. I always have to tahan in order nt to let other ppl c.. U think should i go c mo or??
u alrdy been thru bslc le..it would be a waste if u give up now.
before gg to MO, speak to ur platoon sergeant and pc abt the situation and c wad advice they offer.
theres also the SAF counselling hotline which u can try calling to allay ur fears.
give it a try.

There are many people who think they won't be able to complete the course/training but in the end they did. I got a friend who said he sure won't be able to complete the OCS course when he posted there and bet he will OOC within 3 months but in the end he still completed it and got his 2LT.
Don't just give up before you even attempt it. I am sure your fellow section/platoon mates will help and support you through the training. Outfield is a norm in the army and combat vocations have more outfields regardless whether you man or spec. If you really cannot take it, sound off to the commanders and they should be able to offer you some advice. As long as you are genuine, i doubt you would be considered as chao keng by anyone.
on a casual note, since u r in aslc, u can look forward to taiwan have fun there.
on a serious note, if u really cannot take it, find out what's bothering you and tlak to ur PC or coy 2IC, they are those who can give u a helping hand.
how come you're depressed in bslc ? .... what about BMT ? ....
did you sound out anything in BMT ? ... if you did, how come you ended up in BSLC anyways ? ....
or you're one of those who was garang in BMT, but lost heart immediately after taking a look at your posting and saw an "S" instead of an "O" ? ...
theres always an option to OOC... go declare u stress...
Dude, the fact that you did well enough in bmt to go bslc, and did well enough in bslc to go aslc, shows something--- you CAN make it. Talk to your section mates and pc/ps. If they are good, they should be able to help you. If not, there is always the SAF hotline. Hope you feel better soon. Jiayou!
find the root of your unhappiness. talk to your commander. resolve the matter if possible. if not, go to the next level.
if all else fails and the root of the cause is your course, den ooc.
hmm how come....ASLC is much more fun and less siong than BSLC!
watermanship/demolition/heli-ops/fibua/ROC trip
woot !
ooc still have to re-course...
