NAPFA: 2 months' Fitness Cut (Excuse PTP)

  Ok guys i got a problem here, hope you guys here can help me. Firstly i'll be enlisting on the 14th of march, which is 2 days time. Here's the question, there will be a Pre-NS NAPFA test, if i get silver and above, will my enlistment date be change? Since they only have a day to act and SAF are known to be slow, or should i bring all my barang barang and go down with my NAPFA test result slip? Thanks in advance

  Think too late le.

  Just go for the PTP phrase lor since you are now considered as 'fit' when u get ur silver.

  Take this PTP period to train up and aim for a Gold IPPT.
  Helps with your chance in getting to OCS or SISPEC if you are aiming for one :)

  Another benefits is you get to ORD sooner too :P

  the recommended is 3 weeks before your enlistment date. but up to the day u enlist...also can take the napfa test n clear it. it wld be dumb though. cuz its very troublesome. in the end, you wld still haf to report on that date and wait for admin to sort things out and re schedule u for the enhanced bmt. so in the end, you are wasting time. so might as well juz go PTP and enjoy yourself. i heard its a better way to start off NS - less shocking i guess. u dun wanna suddenly be thrown into a physically demanding routine right? even napfa silver ppl suffer during enhanced bmt. so why take the chance? go in earlier, enjoy a slower training pace and den chiong for OCS/SISPEC during bmt. =) i believe April BMT is the leadership batch...so there wld be many places. CHEONG FOR IT!
