Back to topic, the guy should have skip chain of command and bring this up to higher authorities. If CO don't bother, find MP. No point risking your health and future for this. We should know how to take care of ourselves and sound out if there's a problem. No point keeping quiet and sucking thumb.

Just show lor... but for me, I already read it... just find it amusing that and wonder which secodary school actually hired him as a relief teacher...Parents... Your children's safetly is compromised cos with a teach with 15% visual left only... who would know what would happen in class and where did your children went to... and what time they left...

agreed 101%My S1 screwed up my ORD date and only 5 days in advance I was told I could only ORD 29 days later. I have already found a new job and going to start work. With this 29 days I may easily lose that job. And I was told that I must repay $1.7K upon ORD. And also I have no gratuity which was promised at the beggining of the contract. I went straight to the MP. On the day of my ORD, my S1 reprimanded me for 'skipping chain of command'. But I told my S1 straight in the face that it was because I have totally no confidence in them solving my problems thats why I went straight to the MP. In the end, I had to wriggle my way out of the mess.
it'd be good to meet a nice boss who'd do their job properly instead of using dirty tactics to get the job done. But if you bump into someone who deserve less, simply do what you're required to do and make things right. Because nobody will pity you if you are caught in a mess in which you could've pulled yourself out.
