can he use the $$ freely? like u noe, wun kena ask where did the $$ go.

they wouldnt...but I think its still subjected to income tax...and if U ever break bond...U better have the money to pay back...

no one will question who or what you spend ur money on la... as long as u dont use the money on illegal activities that MSD can trace to .. e.g. wire ur monthly allowance to MSK or osama...
other than that, no one will care.. except.. maybe ur parents...? haha..

NDU i'm not too sure if they will.. Got to ask the insiders for that.. But.. From what i assess it to be, most probably jus your superiors try to be KPO and ask "so how you spend your monthly allowance? quite rich ah, going to buy a car anot?" etc etc... most probably no formal questioning...

After you sign, they give you a lump sum, give you monthly salary when you are still schooling and after you complete your bond, another lump sum... That was what was happening in the past... dunno about now...
