What is the best way of spending your last 6 months in the army?
What would speed up the flow of time during this period? How did you spend your final 6 months?
As stupid as this might sound, stay away from trouble. That is the most important IMO.
Don't perform a Dave Teo especially.Otherwise, prepare all the necessary clearence that you have to do.Get the relavant clearence form signed at least 1 month in advance,my friend did last minute and over half of the signatures he needed were on leave.
Do your MyORD module and print out the result slip. You need to show that you completed the module before they let you go.MCQ only la,so just spent half an hour or so to complete it.I recommend you pay attention to the mobilization and IPPT part as those 2 things will haunt you even after ORD.Plenty of NSFs crowd around the miserable INET terminal in the S1 branch on their last day just to do it.Pay attention to your BRO or CRO as they would normally produce a list of people about to ORD in 5 months and advise them to complete the MyORD.
Return whatever stores that were issued to you.RCK,rifle sling...etc.
Not really a way to enjoy the last six months but it will definitely speed things up on the last day if you do all these in advance.I don't think you would want to come back during your "clearence leave" just to do all this.
Clear out your remaining credits by visiting the EMART.For kicks, you might want to go down to chevrons or safra and flash that card which they gave you for once if you have never used it before, lol
Finally,go for job interview or handle your further study matters during that time.Greatest gift you get from ORD is to be able to continue on with life fully and as a civilian!
do something thrilling n dont get caught
