Hi,
recently had my blood pressure checked at the medical center of my camp while reporting sick.
during the check, the medic told me something about my blood pressure being quite high... but as I have never had any issues with high blood pressure before, I didn't really give it much thought.
today, I heard from my clinic doctor that my blood pressure level had risen from 130 / 80 to 140 something since Feb this year... he suggested that I comeback to the clinic in around a week's time to have my BP checked again...
So the question is, why the heck am I experiencing this sudden rise in BP?
How will this affect the remainder of my NSF life??
FYI, BP has never been an issue for any members of my family in our lives so far...
Thanks.
