Wake Up His Ideas

Hi guys, i'm serving the nation and am a 8-5 unit, me and my collegues all very steady as in won't geng here and there, then there is this guy who always last min say weekend duty can't do, in the end one of us have to do..
its ok with us once in awhile cuz maybe he really have smth on. recently he always say canot do duty this and tht when no ppl can do on tht day, he took MC.. so lan lan must dig one out and cover the duty.
one mth the most only 4 duties for each and every of us.. somemore duty is like heaven eat,slp,watch dvd cuz we're on standby.. do duty still gt 1 day OFF, i mean to me at least its heaven man. the duty excluding ur sleeping time only 4 hrs .... i duno wtf is with this guy.. how to ask him to really wake up guys?

tats why in army u can c all sorts of ppl..
let him be bah..
since his character/pattern ardy in-built in2 him for the past 20yrs or so ardy..
if not tell ur encik/whoever in-charge of ur duty rooster?

I don't know what to say lo. Don't even have sentry duty, hide until like that. I suggest you report this to ur RSM or whoever who can do something about it.
tell the person want to siam can la, sell off the duty lo. better than feeding the doctor getting the mc..

simple ... just conspire with the other fellows, to all go to batam for chalet break that weekend ...... tell that to your superiors first also ....

He cannot do...its his duty to get someone to cover him...not sure about ur unit culture though...
dont cover for him so easily.He knows how to get MC...U all dunno meh?...make enough noise for the one at the top to know(CSM/RSM?)...a few extras from them should send ur idea across to the keng-ster.
Another way can be..say...this sat weekend duty....get the next sat weekend duty guy to cover...then this keng-ster take the next weekend...and so on...I see how is the keng-ster going to get so many MCs...even if he can...there is always a trend that people can highlight upwards...

at some places ... if you get an MC on the day you have duty, you'd have to come back anyways and get your MC endorsed by the MO .....
how come your place so slack one ? .... you're not in the army right ? ...
your RSM one of those no balls bo chup types ? ... that let NSFs shit all over his head one issit ? ...

x2. I like this idea.
Talk to the supervisor in charge of duty rosters. Make him do one weekend duty. If he can't do, then make him do the next weekend. And again and again and again.
Certainly he can't get away with it.... sooner or later he has to do duty.

yes, im not frm the army of cause.. encik all cover here and there one.. no such thing as extra here. .just wanna put across to him tht dun take it for granted.. scare will affect our friendship.. he seems so insensitive.
