  I'm still very young and a very long time before enlistment, but can anyone give me a brief introduction of what will happen when I start receiving the letter to enlist?. And what's the procedure like? What's "BMT" etc?

  If there are still many years to go, wait for it to be close before asking. Many of the current training and procedures might have changed by the time you enter.
