i think their personnel,those who are still there, go to khatib camp to use their med centre facilities. that's what i heard, according to my fren who was a medic in khatib camp. dieppe barrack i think closed down for renovation. even though i still beside it, i dont see any renovation works going on. maybe they making an underground base for our singapore gundams?

nope. i stay opposite khatib camp and beside dieppe barracks. got a number of frens in khatib camp, so know some things abt the camp. being inside there to drive tea with my frens too while waiting for other frens ippt to complete.
