  I think it is necessary, if not some idiots will never wake up their idea.

  not many sgt majors are experienced to conduct a defaulters' parade nowadays, plus it's rarely conducted now. You actually need a conducting and safety officer to be around, mucham like taking IPPT or SOC like that.

  Had kana once before, by a unit 1WO long time ago, for a short 1 hour session. 19 fallouts from a company of about 100. Then standby bunk and uniform in 7minutes. hoho.
