  Hi, any help on where u guys get these stuff?

  1. abrasion cream (which brand is gd?)

  2. bicycle tights

  Abrasion is unavoidable, but its not as bad as you think.

  Never tried abrasion cream before, but tights can get from any running shop in the city area.

  i checked out bicycle tights..there is a huge pad beneathe. is it embarrassing to wear it in camp? =x does anyone actually wear it?!

  I've never used abrasion cream.

  And my unit actually issued bicycle tights to all of us.

  If you don't want to wear bicycle tights, you may also wear swimming tights (the ones that cover your thighs).

  you want cream to prevent abrasion or treat abrasion?

  To prevent, use petrolatum jelly. To treat, Urea moisturizing cream, available from your medical centre.
