Hi, went cmpb today for medical check up and was quite safe everything was pes A , from dental to eyesight to urine tests etc until the ECG.. i had like 119/min for heart beat rate and was down graded to PES D was shocked because i didnt have any heart problems and i was sure i wasnt nervous or anything. Do i need to see a doctor outside to checkup or do i wait till i go for the next checkup appointed at cmpb ? cos if i wait until next check up and if i got heart problems jialat liao still wait so long..

Relax, take it easy & dont worry - just check out with google the word "tackycardia" & you'll will know everything about your current heart rate reading.
bro i suggest during this period while you're waiting for the results, call MINDEF every now and then to check on the updates on your pes status. one week call one time. preferably do it during working hours on weekdays. if not keep dragging your intake also keep dragging
just relax. just wait for the next appointment with your MO. if necessary, they will make you do a stress test to confirm the results.
don't need to go spend unnecessary money to do external testing.

cmpb may send u a further reporting notice for a stress ECG exercise = ECG while jogging on a treadmill.
tachycardia/tachypnea:your heart is beating faster than the normal rate.a PR of 119 might mean there is an increase an your bp as your heart is working faster than normal.>90
bradycardia/bradypnea:your heart is beating slower than normal:<90
why don't u go outside and do a medical check up and see if it is your health ... slightly too young but no harm done.
