Are SAF military officers, esp. regulars, subjected to any code of conduct when dealing with civilians? Also, are there any regular psychological checks for officers to ensure that the long term responsibilities that they hold do not make them into walking time bombs?
I ask because I have seen on 2 seperate occasions, a SAF major behaving in a loutish manner in public towards civilians. I know this because on one occasion he was in uniform. Suffice to say that, at the very least, this is indicative that the person in question is not well equipped for "normal" life. I also remember from my NSF days that there are often a few regulars who get a bit fucked up after a number of years in service. This is especially worrying if the person is a key office holder. Is there any discreet way for a concerned citizen to bring up this matter without jeopardizing the career of the officer in question?
do you think this kind of person will ever become a key office holder?
remember the case of AIR FORCE PILOT?
transfer from base, work in GOMBAK,
accident happen before inside camp toilet,
now car park @ N park compound
report MIA,
later found,
rank also Major or higher
what this tell?
how do civilians lodge complains with specific rference to saf personels? (NSFs, Regular, officers .etc.)
sometimes, their attitude sucks.
sometimes, when dealing with civilians, they suck big time too...see soldiers patrolling on ops duty, cannot keep their big phucking mouth shut.....die die must disturb...pathetic souls
