Mono-Intake Enlist: Rifleman? Highest Rank = LCP/ CPL Only?

  Got my enlistment letter today. I kena posted to 5SIR at bukit gombak. Also heard lotsa stuff saying infantry very xiong. Anyone mind telling me what to expect there ? And also what they do there besides training ? Thanks
