I am slated to be enlisted on the 13th of April 2009 (PES A) into BMTC 1 for the enhanced BMT. After some calculation, if everything goes according to plan I will ORD on the 13th of February 2011.
However, I will be attending a foundation studies course in the United Kingdom and the course will most likely commence on the 3rd of January 2011. Without the foundation studies course, I will not be able to attend any University and it will be detrimental to my education and subsequently my career in the future.
I have actually emailed and called CMPB countless times regarding enlistment into the January batch before the enlistment rooster is finally out but I was always told nothing is confirmed till end October early November.
So what I am concerned now is that whether it is possible to appeal for an earlier enlistment date to the January batch as if I missed the foundation studies course, the next course will only start 1 year later and for 11 months I will not be able to pursue my studies.
acculmulate leave. go for the course.
I doubt I can take 1 whole month of leave right? since i cannot ord earlier cause i can't take leave on the day i suppose to ord?
you will be surprised.
disrupt with one month left, and served it after you graduate.
I am going for FOUNDATION STUDIES COURSE not degree program

if work year starts in april, he has 12
if work year starts in jan, 2.
i can't remember when does work year start now, i think december.
so? won't the feb ord people all kpkb that they cannot store leave for use since they are ORD in 2 months time? will their CSM force them to use all the leave by december 31st, and leave them with zero leave left?
to the question how many leave can he possibly have, i say 14.
