and I didn't even know TP would ask ppl abt spine problem when you apply for your driving license tat would hinder you driving

Cause the drivers in my unit says some organisation will track you down and charge you even after you ORD.

There is no such thing.
Of course you can take a driving licence after ORD. When you have your pink IC back, you are a civilian already. -
