  Brothers of 4th BSLC Delta Coy,

  Its been over 10 years since our 4th BSLC course in Pasir Labar. Even though those were one of the toughest times in my life, it is no doubt the most memorable... more memorable to me than the OCS and NDU BUDS course that I subsequently attended.

  Throughout my time as Officer in the SAF, I have never once said "Whole Lot Knock It Down". :)  There are better ways to train soldiers. We need thinkers, not cannon fodders. (ok ok , we need some cannon fodders but those guys won't wise up no matter how many knock it downs you give)
