  sorry for the long reply,hardly been using the computer these past few days.Well another few hours left before i enter,argh,feeling damn anxious and worried for some reason though its meant to be a 'slack job'

  Don't worry too much, most of the people here were just like you when we were about to go for NS last time. We were also nervous and a bit worried about this and that, but everything will work itself out in the end.

  Just don't forget to bring your NRIC and the letter they sent to you.

  As a Pes E personnel I don't think they will cut for you, but will ask you to go get it cut yourself instead.

  And given that this is the case, if your direct superior is one who do not care about such trivial matters, you might end up not even having to bother about the hair at all.

  Apparantly from what I know this batch of pes E enlistees got themselves listed as under HQ RSN but got posted to units that are NOT under HQ RSN. This is partly due to the ongoing restructuring which I hope they will continue to drag till eternity.. lol..

  There's like 5 or 6 in Changi and 2 or 3 in Tuas.. stats is somewhere there.. total got like 9 fellas in HQ RSN for pes E intake.

  i worked in the manpower branch of one of the units in Changi. Throughout the 2 years i have seen the diff batch of NSFs come in and out of the units so more or less know how things work.

  Not sure about things after now cos i ord already. lol..

  whatever shit RSN have in the background is definitely milder/better than those in the army..
