Seek Justice Redress through Chain of Command ?

  Hi all,

  As above...if something happens in camp and PC/OC unable to resolve...able to escalate to civil suit or wat avenues of redress should I seek?Thanks

  not all the time. chain of command protects itself. if you think wrongdoing and can back it up with facts and witness, then skip chain of command if necc. complain to mindef.

  u skip it after u try going through it and it proves to be unsuccessful

  Kopiosatu is right. 

  Going through the chain of command first gives you the paper trail/proof that you have tried this course of action. 

  If your CO cannot resolve this issue, you can bring it up to Brigade/Div level. Somewhere along the line, someone will resolve it, I'm certain.

  yup i jumped the gun. must go thru some levels first. but i still believe that the chain protects itself and when one is tekaned coz of that (muz of proof ah cannot anyway accuse or imagine), break the chain. we are 3.5 g soldier reservist. if one can't even protect oneself this way, one is useless as a nsman or nsf - cannon fodder don count.
