hey peeps its me again. if i got flat foot, cani surpose to go to a poly clinic to get refered to specalist or go straight to the hospital for check up .?? Which would be faster. Any help pls ?

u tink flat foot is a disease or illness ah?
If your flat foot doesn't affect you, then don't bother.
It all depends on severity. I came down with flat-footedness in the army. Never got downgraded - just Excuse Lower Limb for a couple of weeks when my arches first collapsed, along with physiotherapy.
I'm still flat-footed, and I'm still in a combat vocation.

must be pain when ur arches collapsed....
im born with 1 foot flat, the other with arch....
but flat foot will cause u to lose balance de ma ?

i march tat time always lose balance one lol . . den route march ppl always say i go from left to right wun stay in lane one den call me F**k off one .. poor thing hor . .
go to your camp's mo and tell him to refer you.i was referred to AH by my mo in navy times and was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis. if you feel pain on thigh/butt or heel when pressured, go before situation get worse

Not necessarily.
Like I said, its severity varies.
Just report to your MO and ask him to examine your feet. If it's bad enough, he will refer you to a severity.
