Hi january,
Have you considered taken your IPPT at one of the Safra Gyms? They will not result in any monetary rewards given, but I heard from my sibling that it is easier to pass there.
Cheers.
thanks true heart for your feedback,
i passed my test recently only. By 3 seconds ... what a super tough suffering run it was to achieve 12 min 37 sec only. I would like to take this opporuntiy to thank the following people
forbiddensinner, manager433, eagle, trueheart, kopisatu, derworm, arapahoe, weymas.

haha good to know you passed your ippt. :)
don't slack, keep training hard and aim for a silver the next time round
recently got 100 dollar incentive before the deadline ends...
got the following results
10s for shuttle run, 36 for sit up, 216cm for jumping after 3 attempts, which uses alot of my energy, and 5 pull ups. For 2.4km i achieve 12min and 20secs, which is improvement from my previous failed attempt of 12min and 41 secs...
My new window is opening soon, and i think i will probably aim for 400 dollars in the long run... hope i can achieve it...

Congrats but it would be appreciated if you don't treat this as your scoresheet for IPPT anymore.
