why after a 6D5N field camp, have to go for a 3D2N field camp test?
Means 2 field camp...during BMT?

the 6D5N 1 is the actual field camp. the 3D2N 1 is the SIT test which is more a leadership test and good performance in this is essential for those who wants to go command school.
2 outfield, 1 is called field camp, 1 is called sit test. sit test after mission then quite relax liao, do some admin maybe field cooking? gaze at stars, talk cock with platoon mates

nah..they are firing way above us...u wont get hit even if u stand n jump... UNLESS they lower their aim...which is not quite possible also since they have pple controlling n watching the fire-er..
Ya...the GPMG is aimed at the wooden boards behind the BIC starting points. Very high up. Unless you can jump abt 3m or more, you wont get hit. And the GPMGs are fixed on a tripod so there's almost no chance for a gun to accidentally lower its aim and hitting someone. I used to fire the GPMG for my engineer unit's mono intake in 2007 for their BIC. I saw alot of cocksters crawl halfway and then lie down there for 3min to rest. =.="
can i ask how heavy is the bag u have to carry for field trip and route march? what are the weight ur required to carry?

I don't really think anyone really go weight it but total weight of everything in field pack including SBO and rifle should be between 15-20kg i think and the fieldpack for field camp will weight about 1-2kg more due to the ration packs.
the field pack sucks for shorter people..some skinny and small guy really struggles with everything..
the monstrous shoulder aches and the nipple abrasions....ahahahah

mentality for field camp: you are not just a chao recruit. you are like a dog. you do what they ask.
they ask you roll in mud, you roll. they ask you soak in flooded shellscrape, you jolly well soak in there.
Fieldcamp is totally not like coyline. you are meant to suffer, and suffer and suffer.
endure all these bullshit, and just focus ur thoughts on the final day, when you will be loaded up onto the tonner and transport back to civilisation, ur coyline. den you will appreciate civilisation.
